If you are not satisfied with merchandise purchased from us, you can return it in 14 days for a full refund. It must still be in new condition.
Digital content will not be refunded unless there is an issue which prevents the customer from viewing content on their devices.
I placed an order for the amount of 53.96 and tried to pay through a Discover card using authorize.net. The payment does not appear to process. We’ve enjoyed your books. My son was hospitalized for an extended period and a friend loaned us several of your books that helped us through those long days.
